When you employ a carer you become an employer and there are certain legal requirements that you need to carry out with regards to paying your carer's salary.

What we do:
- Register you as an employer with Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC)
- Act as your agent with HMRC and deal with all your correspondence and paperwork
- Keep complete payroll records on your behalf
- Send you a quarterly summary of Tax and NI due top be paid to HMRC
- Process a P45 every time an employee joins or leaves you
- Electronically file your employer's annual return (P35) and your employee's deductions summary (P14) at the end of each tax year
- We also provide a summary (P60) for your employee
- Keep you up-to-date with any tax rates or legislation changes that may affect you
- Advise you on any pay related issues such as redundancy, statutory maternity pay or sick pay.
- Provide you with an account to our Members Area so you can have more control of your account with us if you wish
- Provide unlimited free access you our legal Helpline where advice is available on a range of employment issues
