2.2 These details are available to persons seeking to employ a candidate. All contact details provided by persons registering with findsafecare.com as candidates will be available to persons registering with findsafecare.com as parents or agencies herein after to be called employers.
2.3 findsafecare.com is not an agency. findsafecare.com works as a search tool for employers seeking candidates to locate and contact candidates living or willing to work in the areas where the employers require candidates.
3. Use of the findsafecare.com website
3.1 The findsafecare.com website may only be used for lawful purposes by individuals and employers seeking childcare related information. The website may only be used by individuals seeking domestic or related employment, and employers seeking private care for their child, children or home.
3.2 FINDSAFECARE.COM prohibits the use of its website for the following, but not limited to, violations. All persons, individuals and otherwise, using the FINDSAFECARE.COM website agree not to use, or allow any person, party or individual under their control use FINDSAFECARE.COM for the following: * (a) False, incorrect or incomplete postings of biographical information or information which is inaccurate or not your own. * (b) Searching the FINDSAFECARE.COM candidate database for any purpose other than to find private care for your child, children or home or other persons.

FINDSAFECARE.COM charges for access to the personal contact details of candidates and to post care or domestic job vacancies. By registering with FINDSAFECARE.COM You agree to provide accurate, current & complete information.
6. Screening and vetting
6.1 FINDSAFECARE.COM acts as a passive conduct for the online publication of User submitted information. Screening and vetting of User information is limited. FINDSAFECARE.COM holds no obligation to screen information or communications in advance. FINDSAFECARE.COM holds no responsibility for screening and vetting candidate submitted information. The final decision to have communications and/or use information on the FINDSAFECARE.COM site is at your own risk.
6.2 If notified by Users of FINDSAFECARE.COM of communications and/or information which does not conform with the FINDSAFECARE.COM Terms & Conditions, FINDSAFECARE.COM may investigate an allegation and determine at its sole discretion whether to remove information or communication. FINDSAFECARE.COM

7. Conditions of access by persons seeking candidates & candidates seeking employment through the service
7.1 You the user are granted access to the FINDSAFECARE.COM website upon complete and thorough registration.
7.2 FINDSAFECARE.COM offers no refunds on memberships or credits purchased.
8. Content provided by users of the site (privacy policy)

By using the FINDSAFECARE.COM website you agree not to: post obscene, offensive, defamatory, vulgar or abusive material; post material which may be seen to be harassing, hateful, sexist, racist, discriminative or prejudice in any way. You agree not to post material which may be seen as annoying, cause anxiety or inconvenience to another person or entity. You agree not to post copyright material without the explicit permission of the copyright owner; advertisements; chain letters. FINDSAFECARE.COM does not accept any liability for any inconvenience, damage or loss arising whether caused directly or indirectly from any act or omission of a Candidate introduced to the User by FINDSAFECARE.COM .
9.3 FINDSAFECARE.COM offers no warranty for a care professional, carer, nanny, babysitter or other care professionals character, honesty, reliability, suitability or capacity. Because of the nature of the Internet user authentication is difficult, therefore FINDSAFECARE.COM does not guarantee or confirm that any user is who they claim to be.
9.4 FINDSAFECARE.COM is not responsible for the User and Candidates contract of employment. These are to be arranged between the User and Candidate. FINDSAFECARE.COM cannot and is not held responsible for user to user communications. By using the FINDSAFECARE.COM website you agree to release FINDSAFECARE.COM , our agents and employees, from claims, damages and demands of any kind arising out of or in any way connected with any dispute you the User may have with any other User of the website.
9.5 FINDSAFECARE.COM will not be liable for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
10. Disclaimer of warranties

All refunds are dealt with within 30 days if ground is found to issue one and paid via cheque or another suitable means discussed with our customer care team.

13. Jurisdiction These Terms & Conditions shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of England and Wales/Scotland/Northern Ireland and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales/Scotland/Northern Ireland.
PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL USERS SERACHING CARE. Individual Care Providers may choose to respond to Company Job Postings by applying for the posted job. Company Job Postings must represent open positions and must contain sufficient detail to clearly convey the nature and requirements of the job opportunity. In exchange for posting one or more Company Job Postings, Company Recruiters agree to pay findsafecare.com the applicable then-current fees for Company Job Postings, which are published on the Site and/or stated in a purchase order with findsafecare.com. No refunds or credits will be provided for Company Job Posting cancellation requests received after the account has been billed. In addition, no refunds will be granted for any donations to third-party organizations that are made while enrolling or using the Site. At findsafecare.com's sole discretion, refunds or credits may be granted in extenuating circumstances or to correct any errors made by findsafecare.com.

A certification, if the Care Provider does not have a certification check on file or if an existing background check on file is older than 1 year. Care Providers that enroll in this program agree to pay findsafecare.com all charges at the prices then in effect for the Findsafecare.com certified account program.
